如何在野生动物园（odoo 11）上使用html视频标签？

关于相同的论点，我已经检查了很多帖子，但没有找到解决方法。

我的html代码如下（它是Odoo 11网页）：

它可以在chrome / firefox / edge上运行，但不能在Ipad或Iphone上运行，我尝试了很多组合，但是到目前为止，我无法在Safari中使用它。

更新：无论是Safari还是Chrome浏览器，视频都无法在IPad上运行...

有什么建议吗？
