不要依赖PHP的邮件功能；这是不安全，缓慢且难以调试的。错误“无法实例化...”通常是因为您没有运行正常的本地邮件服务器。由于您已经在使用PHPMailer，因此可以使用它通过SMTP直接发送到Sendgrid。这些设置只是部分猜测，您需要插入SendGrid凭据，但应该可以：
