Alt + Enter停止在IntelliJ中处理Dart文件

在构建Flutter应用程序时，ALT + Enter键盘快捷键非常方便，不仅可以显示“快速修复”，还可以显示弹出菜单来包装/删除小部件。直到我运行flutter upgrade并更新了IntelliJ（版本2018.3.5中的Dart和Flutter插件），它的工作情况都很好。

我尝试弄乱键盘快捷键一个小时，禁用并重新启用Dart / Flutter插件，重新启动和禁用IntelliJ中的缓存，关闭所有其他应用程序，并多次重新启动Windows 10。什么都没有。我无法让Alt+Enter做任何事情。在我更新插件和Flutter SDK之前，它一直运行良好，因此这些更新似乎使它失效了。

实际上，Alt+Enter似乎对任何事情都不起作用，并且“建议灯泡”也没有显示。例如，如果我输入

2得到正常的红色下划线，但是没有灯泡出现，Al+Enter无任何作用。我已经Trippel检查了是否在设置中选中了“显示意图灯泡”，并分配了正确的键盘快捷键（以确保我已将它们重置为Default）。
