如果要读取，请勿绑定远程地址。只需创建一个本地UDP套接字（它将是一个服务器套接字），然后对其缓冲区进行读/写操作即可。您只能绑定到本地网络接口，并且这些接口必须在初始化之前进行。因此，您无法绑定到未使用的Wifi或拔掉的以太网适配器。

如果要在同一Java程序中的不同线程上测试发送方和接收方，则必须使用两个不同的套接字。

提示：使用InetAddress.getByName(IPv4)进行字符串IP输入，不需要字节数组。
