我检查了引擎，发现tikz实际上在其中：

事实证明这是 knitr 中的一个问题，该问题I just fixed在Github上出现（我不确定这是否是pdflatex的错误）。您可以尝试

remotes::install_github('yihui/knitr')

请注意，如果尚未安装两个R软件包，请安装 magick 和 pdftools 。
