您的问题是HTML端的转义，而不是JavaScript的转义。
"<input type='hidden' value='" + arr[i] + "'>"变为：
<input type='hidden' value='Bouton d'Or'>
或者随着您的\的转义而变成：
<input type='hidden' value='Bouton d\'Or'>
但是在两种情况下，该属性的值都将在'之前的Or处结束，因为\不用于在html中转义。
