复制依赖项后在jar根文件夹中移动文件

我具有所有依赖项和Maven阴影插件的附件pom.xml。这是Minecraft插件，这意味着应该有一个plugin.yml文件，以使服务器知道它是插件。

一旦maven构建了我的jar，它就不再位于jar的根目录中。我如何告诉Maven捆绑所有依赖项来构建此jar，然后将plugin.yml从/src移至档案的根目录？
