Windows上的PySCIPOpt安装问题

Question

当我运行pip install pyscipopt时，出现以下错误：

 build\lib.win32-3.7\pyscipopt\scip.cp37-win32.pyd : fatal error LNK1120: 311 unresolved externals

我设置了SCIPOPTDIR，并将ScipOptSuite\bin添加到了PATH变量中
