问题是，当我运行./bin/webpack-dev-server时，每次更新我的React文件（而不是刚刚更新的组件）时，都会刷新整页。全页刷新仅在开发服务器运行时发生。另外，在刷新整个页面之前，我看不到组件更新。

问题是，为什么webpack-dev-server发出浏览器页面刷新信号，为什么组件不热重载？

这是Webpack HMR的工作方式，如果要在react模块上启用HMR，可以尝试使用React Hot Loader的Webpack plugin

。编辑.babelrc文件，并将react-hot-loader/babel添加到插件列表中。
