我有一个控制台应用程序，该应用程序通过WCF的ServiceHost对象托管服务，但是从客户端无法添加服务引用，并且出现以下错误：

If the service is defined in the current solution, try building the solution 
and adding the service reference again.

我也已经在控制面板中激活了WCF Non-Http内容。应该在哪里解决这个问题？
