我无法在我的gpu conda env上导入pytorch：

我有两个conda env，一个是 gpu ，带有外部gpu GTX1050，一个是 base 。
在我的 base 环境中，我已经安装了pytorch-cpu版本，并且运行良好。
但是，我无法在 gpu env上安装pytorch gpu版本。
在我的 gpu 环境中，我安装了以下软件包（包括cudnn，intel-openmp，cmake等）：

已经安装了期望Cuda和Cudnn，并更新了环境变量列表。

尝试使用命令安装pytorch

conda安装pytorch -c pytorch

或

conda安装pytorch torchvision cudatoolkit = 10.0.130 -c pytorch

在Win10外部GPU上安装pytorch失败
