我试图在Macbook Pro上使用mysql设置一个全新的phoenix 1.4项目，但在mix ecto.create上遇到了此错误

macOS Sierra（版本10.12.6）

mysql --version
mysql  Ver 8.0.11 for macos10.13 on x86_64 (MySQL Community Server - GPL)

使用相同的root用户名和密码，我可以在终端中成功启动mysql，MySQL Workbench也可以正常运行，它表明它在端口3306上运行，并且可以进行查询并执行查询，因此我认为应该正确安装MySQL
