是的，@ Mudit Bahedia指出您没有足够的权限来编写此DefaultMediaCost密钥。因此，在台式机上也会出现该错误。

但是在桌面上，您可以更改值。您将需要use RMB/Permissions/Advanced to change its owner to Administrators or your own username and then give said user Full Control.或使用以下UI设置：
