我运行一个Pyspark脚本,该脚本在RDD上执行map
操作。这样的map
的结果是一个包含元组的新RDD,即,原始RDD中的每个分区都有一个元组(有10个分区)。每个元组包含两个Numpy ndarray和分区ID。
问题是take(10)
和collect()
返回不同的值!即使对所得的RDD执行first()
,该元组也与take
或collect
返回的第一个元组完全不同。

我的错。我忘记了Spark惰性评估(map()
是一种转换,而不是take()
和collect()
那样的操作;在调用操作之前,转换实际上并没有评估)。
这与事实相符,即我的映射函数似乎不是幂等的(即执行时它不会返回相同的值)导致以下行为:调用take(10)
实际上会评估第一次map()
(返回一个值),然后调用collect()
实际上评估了第二次map()
