我目前在X1 Carbon ThinkPad上的Mint 19.3（通用内核5.4.0-48）中遇到此问题。我的rfkill显示蓝牙为“硬阻止”。不知道为什么需要以下内容，但对我有用：

sudo rfkill unblock bluetooth

在过去的两周里，我不得不做两次，这表明随机事件正在发生，导致重启后蓝牙被阻止。随机问题总是一个问题。

我遇到了同样的问题：rfkill 没有将设备显示为被阻止，但是命令显示

# rfkill block bluetooth
# rfkill unblock bluetooth
