运行迁移时，我遇到了同样的问题。我不得不将两个execute_prepared语句改为使用exec_prepared：

    'active_storage_attachment_statement', [
        ...
])

我不太清楚为什么，但是我还必须将插入的最后一个Blob记录的ID传递给附件insert语句。如果不需要，可以跳过此步骤：
