Question

我最近在Windows 10 PC上重新安装了Netbeans IDE，以还原一些不相关的配置。当我尝试检查新的插件以便能够下载Sakila示例数据库时， I get this error.

我已经在“无代理”和“使用代理设置”上测试了连接，并且两个连接测试seem to end succesfully.

我已经允许Netbeans通过我的防火墙，但这也没有改变。

我还没有接触过我的代理配置，因此它是默认设置（自动检测）。无论我在Netbeans上具有什么代理配置，关闭自动检测功能都不会改变任何东西。

对我有用的是将更新URL中的“ http：”更改为“ https：”。

I.E。更改“ http://updates.netbeans.org/netbeans/updates/8.0.2/uc/final/distribution/catalog.xml.gz” 到“ https://updates.netbeans.org/netbeans/updates/8.0.2/uc/final/distribution/catalog.xml.gz”

不知道为什么这会使它对我不利。我正在运行Linux Mint 19.1。

由于文件大小为零，因此无法连接到NetBeans发行版
