仅在文件不存在时运行脚本

Question

在我的VBScript中，我试图运行另一个VBScript以创建桌面快捷方式 ，该桌面快捷方式不存在。如果桌面链接确实存在，则不应执行任何操作。但是，当前即使存在桌面快捷方式，VBScript仍将运行。为什么？没有语法错误。
