发送电子邮件的延迟作业会在日志中留下跟踪，表明该方法已执行
发送电子邮件的延迟作业确实会在开发环境中触发这些电子邮件。

编辑当不使用守护程序而是使用“芝麻”用户手动提供的ExecStart命令启动sidekiq时，一切正常->这里的systemd有问题，但我不知道是什么。
