如果您想使用urllib3发送请求，则需要首先[创建池管理器]（https://urllib3.readthedocs.io/en/latest/user-guide.html#making-requests）。

或者，您可以使用Python标准库中的HTTP客户端。其urlopen函数称为urllib.request.urlopen。根据您尝试执行的操作，requests package也可能是一个选项，但是在HTTPS URL的证书管理方面存在某些缺点（内置客户端将自动使用系统证书存储）。
