例外是因为您的flatMapValues产生了类型为String的值。在您的代码中,您不会将任何Produced传递给KStream::to函数,因此它将尝试使用默认值(传递的属性),在您的情况下为PersonSeder.class

您的值的类型为String,但是PersonSeder.class用于序列化。

如果要拆分它,则需要这样的东西
