从QTableWidget动态读取值并将其存储

我有一个QTablewidget,它可以添加行和列。值可以由用户插入。我知道如何使用current.item()方法获取单元格的单个值。但是想想看下面的图片。用户可以插入不同的值和文本。我喜欢自己读取行值。因为我以后需要使用值。但是我不知道如何动态读取值以及在哪里可以读取值,仍然没有办法说明C语言下的值是否有效。

我找到了一种读取用户插入的所有值的方法。它很简单,并使用self.cellChanged.connect(self._row)方法。我没有成功获得的唯一值是单元格内QcomboBox的值。它返回一个空字符串。
