在php和curl中将数据获取到更新表中

我是初级软件开发人员。我想了解网络服务如何工作？而且我有一个数据库，我有一个表，其中逐行包含我的数据。现在我想通过CURL更新我插入的表。但是我无法将当前值添加到更新表中。
