不幸的是,GeForce 820m是完全基于Fermi的基于Fermi的GPU。

根据Nvidia Video Encode and Decode GPU Support Matrixsnapshot), GeForce 820m支持NVENC和NVDEC。如果我的理解是正确的,则支持NVENC和NVDEC的Nvidia图形卡也应在FFmpeg中支持h264_cuvid解码器。所以我认为@halfelf的回答是错误的。
