否，您不能使用ReJSON模块，因为当前不支持使用ReJSON模块将Google Cloud Memorystore中的任何模块用作it is running v3.2.11，并且用户模块系统为introduced in Redis v4.0。同样在ReJSON模块要求中，它声明为requires Redis v4.0 or above。
