我已经获得了二手Raspberry Pi 3 Model B（二手）。我格式化了SD卡并下载了Raspbian Stretch Lite。当我打开Pi时，它以某种方式用Openelec打开了Kodi。我一次又一次地尝试。我去尝试安装NOOBS。同样的事情发生。它将打开OpenELEC和Kodi。

 with OpenELEC

您在PC上格式化了microSD卡，它仍然可以引导到Openelec吗？您是否将Raspbian Lite映像写入卡上？看来您实际上并未修改卡中的内容。

我强烈建议让Etcher编写可启动映像。您甚至不必解压缩下载的图像，Etcher会为您完成。 Etcher非常聪明地确定哪种媒体是您的microSD卡，但是与使用会覆盖磁盘的工具一起使用时，要格外小心。
