我突然使phpMyAdmin上的phpbb_posts崩溃了。与MySQL table is marked as crashed and last (automatic?) repair failed类似，但是有CLI（命令行）。

phpMyAdmin，分析表'phpbb_posts';

• 表'./text/phpbb_posts'被标记为已崩溃，并且上次（自动？）修复失败
• 表'phpbb_posts'被标记为已崩溃，并且上次（自动？）修复失败
• 腐败

phpMyAdmin，检查表'phpbb_posts';

• 表被标记为已崩溃，并且上次修复失败
• 数据文件的大小为：214134524应该为：0
• 记录计数不正确；是562662应为：0
• 找到562662关键零件。应为：0

phpMyAdmin，修复表'phpbb_posts';

• 表操作Msg_type Msg_text
• phpbb_posts修复错误无法创建新的临时文件：'./text/phpbb_posts.TMD'
• phpbb_posts修复状态操作失败

phpMyAdmin，优化表'phpbb_posts';

• 表'./text/phpbb_posts'被标记为已崩溃，并且上次（自动？）修复失败

具有InterISP.net的主机，因此没有CLI，只有Inter ISP控制面板，FTP和phpMyAdmin。
