借助Mohsin Mehmood，我可以修复它。 这个问题提供的答案： Web deployment task build failed 最终可以解决它。问题是，Web部署所需的用户WDeployConfigWriter和WDeployAdmin具有过期的密码。只是更改了它，然后又重新工作了。
