您的类与架构中的两个不同的复杂类型不同。他们可能还引用了不同的PersonRoleType，但是很难看到完整的架构。

虽然将这些复杂类型映射到同一Java类不是不可能的，但我不会这样做。这些是架构中的不同类型，您也应该在Java中将它们保持不同。

由于您在使用具有相同本地名称的类时遇到问题，所以最简单的解决方案是重命名其中一个。使用如下绑定：
