我需要在TomEE中为使用不同JAX-RS和JAX-WS实现的Web应用程序禁用Apache CXF。我无法在disabled=true中设置conf/conf.d/cxf-rs.properties，因为这会影响TomEE上需要CXF的其他应用程序。是否可以通过/ WEB-INF中的文件针对每个Web应用禁用它？
