2) If resource not exists and not /img/{type}/{param}/{hash}.jpg - static handler (apache's 404)
3) If resource /img/{type}/{param}/{hash}.jpg and not exists - php-fpm handler
5) All directory requests (non-file format)  - php-fpm handler
