万一它对其他人有帮助，我已经找到了解决方案。实际上，Nicolas Giannone在WSHttpBinding in .NetStandard or .NET core处提供了所有必需的代码。我们可以做的是用基于WSHttpBinding的自定义绑定替换WSHttpBinding，然后将TextMessageEncodingBindingElement替换为无地址的绑定。这是代码：
