我觉得我缺少什么，但不确定是什么。

我有两个UWP应用程序，它们已设置为使用视频库作为临时存储位置。一个应用程序可以正常运行，而另一个应用程序则表示没有权限。据我所知，编码是完全一样的。我确认该应用程序的功能在两个应用程序中的设置也相同。

检查是否在设置应用中取消了应用对视频库的访问权限。转到开始，设置，然后选择隐私和视频。右侧的应用列表应包含您的应用，并且您需要验证切换开关是否设置为打开。
