您需要安装gcc-7或gcc-8。我通过在Bionic而非Xenial上构建解决了这个问题。要在Xenial上获取gcc-7，请运行以下命令：

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-toolchain-r/test
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install gcc-7 g++-7
gcc-7 --version
# The following commands make gcc7/g++7 the defaults.
update-alternatives --install /usr/bin/g++ g++ /usr/bin/g++-7 60
update-alternatives --install /usr/bin/gcc gcc /usr/bin/gcc-7 60
