All tasks hangs while executor is stale

Question

You could see that for stage 1, there are 2563 tasks, but non of them is succeeded! From the Executor page, these executors is stale for several hours:

The only exception in the Driver is that there are 2 yarn containers failed when launching because these container cannot connect to driver! Below is one of the log of the failed container:

Anyone has any clues? It is very weired;
