SpringBoot和Cloud的最新版本至少需要以下配置才能出现Eureka UI：

#in application.yml

spring.freemarker.prefer-file-system-access= false

使用Greenwich.M3春季云版本时，我遇到了同样的问题。对我来说，当将Spring Cloud版本更改为Finchley.SR1时，它就起作用了

对我来说，我使用start.spring.io生成了项目，我选择了Eureka Server，我不知道我需要在应用程序顶部添加@EnableEurekaServer。添加它就可以了。

我使用的是Spring Boot 2.2.1，Hoxton.RELEASE的春季云版本（ <spring-cloud.version>Hoxton.RELEASE</spring-cloud.version>），我的设置是：

eureka.client.serviceUrl.defaultZone=http://${eureka.instance.hostname}:${server.port}/eureka/

对我来说，网址是http://localhost:8888/（而不是http://localhost:8888/eureka）。

对于服务器，URL取决于server.port和server.servlet.context-path属性（因此，如果我设置了server.servlet.context-path=/eureka，则url将是http://localhost:8888/eureka）
