WCF System.ServiceModel.EndpointNotFoundException

您知道，端点地址由一个基地址和一个相对地址组成。在调试应用程序时，默认情况下，IIS承载WCF应用程序。 IIS指定了基址，我们应该在配置文件中指定服务的相对地址，
