我有一个TabLayout，其中Coordinator Layout内有4个选项卡，每次我选择第4个选项卡时，工具栏都会被隐藏。但是其他选项卡则不会发生这种情况。当我从第3个标签内的下拉菜单中选择一个项目时，也会发生类似的问题。

如何避免这种情况，并仅在用户向上滚动（默认设置）时才允许工具栏隐藏？
