Microsoft Teams Cards openUri编码

您好，我正在通过Webhooks向MS小组发送消息，我能够发送消息，但是在尝试向我的卡中添加网址时遇到了问题。

我设置了potentialAction

我的问题是，我不知道该卡在哪里编码'（日期中的那个）并替换为％27。此更改使我的链接无用，因为不起作用。

是否有其他选项可以告诉团队忽略编码？
