无法在Spring MVC应用程序中调用URI

我的控制器是

但是在这里总是向我显示一条消息

[WARNING ] No mapping found for HTTP request with URI [/MyProject/users/1] in DispatcherServlet with name 'spring'

我在spring-servlet.xml中提供了上下文扫描标签

我错过了什么吗？任何想法将不胜感激。
