在进一步调查之后,我有一个更好(但不同)的答案。 Matplotlib提供markevery关键字以允许放置标记的步幅。所以我建议,如果你想要20个左右的可见度点,在绿线之上:

stride = max( int(len(x) / 20), 1)
plt.plot(x,wave,"-o",color='forestgreen', markevery=stride)

如果您只想要标记,我之前的回答可以正常工作,但如果您想要两条线和标记,这样做会更好。

它看起来很丑的原因是你的网格间距太小,无法用标记绘图。如何在行中添加标记只是将它们添加到每10个(或其他)点:

plt.plot(x[::10],wave[::10],"o",color='forestgreen')
