错误：从xcode 9升级到xcode 10.1后

Question

我在一周前从xcode 9上传了一个版本，它没有任何问题，并成功上传到了testflight。但是我升级到Xcode 10，现在上传构建时，它开始抱怨为：

 ERROR ITMS-90725: "SDK Version Issue. This app was built with the iOS 
    '${appSDKVersion}' SDK. All iOS apps submitted to the App Store must be built 
    with the iOS '11.0' SDK or later, included in Xcode [9.0] or later. Please 
    update Xcode and rebuild your app."
