当我在gitlab-ci.yml中将maven：3-jdk-8用于maven构建时，我遇到了同样的问题。我将其更改为maven：3-jdk-9，问题不再存在。

我不知道您是否知道，但是Docker映像会不时发生变化（此处的详细信息https://hub.docker.com/r/library/maven/tags/）。在您的Pom中，我看不到您的surefire插件规范在哪里，但很可能您需要更新配置

由于您使用的是Docker，Nix系统和Surefire的低版本 2.21.0 ，因此Debian发行版上的JDK 1.8或Booter JAR清单中的绝对路径可能是问题。这两个问题都已在3.0.0-M1和3.0.0-M2版本中修复，但是我建议您使用Surefire的最新版本 3.0.0-M3 。不建议将 forkCount 设置为 0 ，因为这是一种解决方法，并且可能会影响加载SPI和系统属性。
