通过移至Java 11，您创建的类文件将被编译为Java 11字节代码。 maven-scr-plugin然后必须扫描此字节码以找到应用于它的注释。除非找到支持Java 11字节代码的maven-scr-plugin版本（我不知道一个版本），否则您将需要找到一种替代方法来创建声明式服务元数据。
一个选择是开始使用bnd-maven-plugin或maven-bundle-plugin和标准的Declarative Services批注而不是Custom Felix批注。请注意，这仍然涉及将那些插件更新为可以支持Java 11的版本。我相信bnd-maven-plugin版本4.1.0应该可以在Java 11上正常使用...

解决方案是迁移到bnd-maven-plugin，它是maven-bundle插件的超集。它具有更好的开发人员基础，并且将来的Java版本也将对其进行维护。
AEM-acs-commons和最新的Maven原型（在此答案时为23）也已移植到bnd插件。
