NFCertificate.deployed()instance.returnNumber()一样返回承诺。因此,JS应该是:

由于returnNumbers是一个事件,因此应使用emit关键字发出它。将事件的样式设置为以大写字母开头也很好,否则可能看起来像一个函数。所以event ReturnNumbers(uint number);
