我尝试使用docker exec访问数据库容器，并且可以确认我具有正确的凭据。

启动容器后，您是否已经尝试使用Sequel Pro之类的工具连接到数据库？也许只是数据库未初始化，因此，无法建立来自php容器的连接？您尝试访问数据库容器，但未访问数据库本身。

此外，您可以在docker-compose.yml的数据库部分添加更多环境变量

  environment:
      - MYSQL_ALLOW_EMPTY_PASSWORD=yes
      - MYSQL_DATABASE=databasename
      - MYSQL_USER=databaseuser
      - MYSQL_PASSWORD=databasepassword
