我寻找了许多解决方案，最后我发现问题出在依赖项之一，所以我从app.gradle中删除了这个kapt "com.android.databinding:compiler:$gradle_version"，并成功地运行了项目。

从Android Studio 3.2开始，不再需要此kapt插件。

但是，如果没有此插件，则在编译时如果出现任何错误，则会显示错误消息。因此，现在看来唯一的选择就是将您的Gradle版本降级为3.1.4。
