不卸载OS拥有的/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages中的pip
从源（python setup.py install）安装软件包也不起作用：
geopy设置命令中的错误：“ extras_require”必须是字典，其值是包含有效项目/版本要求说明符的字符串或字符串列表。
我认为这是因为未达到setuptools的版本（如上所述，我无法通过pip对其进行升级）。请为我提供摆脱困境的方法。
