当我将ngsw-config.json放入src时，我遇到了相同的错误（请参阅下文）。正确的文件夹是您应用程序的根目录。在您的情况下，它应该是ngJava文件夹。您没有提供有关该项目的更多信息（例如，文件夹结构的快照），而且我不确定如何首先实现sw。

如果文件位于正确的位置，建议您通过运行ng add @angular/pwa --project ngJava

确保正确实现了sw。
