引用文档各章之间的方程式

在第一章中，我将等式定义为：

后面的四章，我想在句子中引用它：

The measure of staggering, as defined in Eq.~\ref{eq:staggering} provides negative or positive phase which describes the nucleus as tending toward $\gamma$-rigid or $\gamma$-soft. 

但是错误返回为undefined。
